I weighed more than 62 kgs during junior high but managed to lose weight.
Then at 19, I started living alone and rebounded back up to more than 52 kgs.
Now I'm sharing useful weight-loss and beauty tips based on everything I learned through my experiences with dieting and dealing with inferiority complexes.
I'll try my best to help as many people increase their motivation for exercising and enjoy body-makeup more!
